Offers
Founding clients and charities
Two offers for Sydney's Northern Beaches. Paid design and build stays $1,250, ex GST: up to 5 pages and 3 revisions. Both offers are that same free design and build. Extra pages are $150 per page, ex GST. Hosting is charged at the normal rates.
Founding clients
My first 5 clients
Hosting is not included. Free means the website design and the build. Hosting and monitoring are charged at the normal rates.
My first 5 clients get a free design and build. That's how I'm earning trust, right now. That is the same design and build as the $1,250 offer: up to 5 pages and 3 revisions, at no charge for those five. Extra pages are $150 per page, ex GST. Hosting is not included. If you want the site kept online, hosting and monitoring are a separate choice, at the normal rates on the pricing page. That plan is up to 8 pages. You can also host the site yourself.
I'll earn an honest review. There is no obligation.
This is not a count of clients already signed. It is the offer: my first 5.

Charities
I build charity websites for free
Hosting is not free. Charities get free design and build only. Hosting is charged at the normal rates.
I owe my community, so I build websites for free for any Northern Beaches charity, whatever they do and whoever they are. I'm doing that now. The free part stops at design and build: up to 5 pages and 3 revisions, the same as the $1,250 plan. Extra pages are $150 per page, ex GST.
Hosting and monitoring are charged at the same rates as any other client. Those rates are on the pricing page. Where a hosting price is not set yet, it says Placeholder. All of those prices are ex GST.
